Only for Nintendo fans yes, next year is good / okay and the wii u is only for nintendo player.  


You do realize that Nintendo can actually afford to make a 9th and 10th gen console?

For 'ONLY' nintendo lovers; I guess it is the definitive nintendo console.

Only for Nintendo fans, next year is good / okay and maybe "the definitive nintendo system" - but really only for nintendo player. I sold mine this year, because the future of games is not good for me. (the gamecube was cool, but the wii u...)

Today I was at a party and got drunk and celebrated, but I still want to write a contribution.

I thought the Wii was with its more diverse Virtual Console. I could play almost anything I love on there.

I wish I felt that way. It's turning it to be the most disappointing Nintendo system I've ever owned.

Scratch that--the ONLY disappointing Nintendo system I've ever owned. The Gamecube was THE system as far as I'm concerned. It was the last time the focus was on nothing more than great games.

I'd say from a first party perspective, the Wii U is likely going to take the crown but we need to see how 2015 plays out to be sure...

The Wii had some great hidden gems, a great VC library and backwards compatibility with GC games. To me, the Wii was the definitive Nintendo console that covers a lot of ground.

The WiiU just doesn't have an interesting library or VC to make it the definitive Nintendo console, imo.
