If they bundled a vita with every PS4 they would just lose even more money then they already are losing

I thought it would count as a different thing, because you know, it can't be played on the go or without a TV/DS4.

should be close since I dont see vita doing passing 200k a week(with 70% coming from japan)
I expect wii u to have around 3-4 hundred thousand + weeks

I'm going to be a bit bold here.

I'm going to say that the Wii U will pass the Vita by the end of the year. The big reason is that the Wii U has desirability this holiday (SSB is only one reason behind this) while the Vita really doesn't.

I don't expect the Vita's sales to increase by any significant amount this holiday, while the Wii U is going to get a nice healthy boost like the other consoles.

If it's going to happen in the next 12 months, it's really going to be by the end of this year. Nintendo gets a pretty nice holiday boost, something which seems to elude the Vita.

That said, if Sony market Minecraft effectively through December, they might pick up some extra sales this year. But hell, this is Sony, they're not going to do such strange things. I'm amazed there isn't going to be a Minecraft bundle given it's by far the best way to play Minecraft on the go.

Yeah right!!!! I predicted in te west vita tv would have taking off, i dont think anybody accept hardcore gamers know it released in the US!

What would make you really care, the Vita isn't a console, is a totally different market then the Wii U. It would be different if they were competing against one another but they are not. There is nothing out there that can do what the Vita can do, with twin stick directional pad shoulder buttons etc, there are some phones that can display graphics like the Vita but not play like a Vita, Sony really messed up like MS did with the XBox 1 talking about no sharing DRM, always online and now look at their sales, Sony did the same with the memory for the system, it was a blunder that cost them big, it did not help that the initial games for it mostly were bad, but anyways the VIta was capable of delivering greatness sony got greedy and are paying for it dearly, If there was no market for portables Nintendo would be dead, but the 3DS proves with the right marketing the right support and the right product it will sell and sell very well.
