Will wiiu surpass vita this holiday?

I'm going to be a bit bold here.

I'm going to say that the Wii U will pass the Vita by the end of the year. The big reason is that the Wii U has desirability this holiday (SSB is only one reason behind this) while the Vita really doesn't.

I don't expect the Vita's sales to increase by any significant amount this holiday, while the Wii U is going to get a nice healthy boost like the other consoles.
