As far as bad decisions go, that was mostly pre lunch stuff. Since then, MS have done everything they can do. To deliver a great console.

I'm not sure why sales have not picked up, but one things for sure, X1 owners are having a blast with their console. 

As far as winning back consumers who are ''on the fence'' I think it will take time, theres tens of millions of last gen console owners still looking to upgrade to next gen. 

If they didn't PR hell last year, they could have surpassed ps4 with games and kinect.

Their image did improve since then though.
