As predicted, a lot of hate going on in here.
As far as bad decisions go, that was mostly pre lunch stuff. Since then, MS have done everything they can do. To deliver a great console.
I'm not sure why sales have not picked up, but one things for sure, X1 owners are having a blast with their console.
As far as winning back consumers who are ''on the fence'' I think it will take time, theres tens of millions of last gen console owners still looking to upgrade to next gen.
