On the bright side, when an Wii U emulator comes out or you decide to buy Nintendo's next console(if it is backward compatible), you will be able to play it.
Well you could always play it at your friend's house.
I pre-ordered the game as well and can't wait to play the hell out of it.

On a somewhat related note, I went full retard purchasing Dead Rising 3 without a Xbox One, but I don't regret it. :P
Hehe, I actually thought about picking up Bayo 1&2 without a WiiU aswell, but only because I might buy a WiiU within the next ~2-3 years.

Why? If you really want to support Platinum, just save up for a Wii U and enjoy the game...

Buy a Wii U and play the game. You will discover you don´t hate Nintendo so much as you think.
I have buy TLOU, Uncharte 3-2-1, and Killzone without PS3. 
Honestly.....save up for either a refurbished Basic one or a new Basic one on Black Friday and buy it.
Nothing like buying the game, playing it, and spreading how amazing it is. It's only the best support you can give it.
