I don't see much of a problem with it, but of course every person is different and with the event being in the USA, I can see why they will want to be extra careful. They could get sued in the blink of an eye.

Bayonetta should appear in smash. Would be pretty good marketing for the game.

TBH Nintendo should do this with all games. New StarFox game coming out = ADD 1 new character from starfox to Smash. New Zelda game coming out = add new character to smash.

Would be pretty good marketing (as long as those characters are free)
