Forums - Gaming Discussion - Who else wants Metal Gear Solid 4 for PC?

It's been 6 years now.

Metal Gear Solid 1-3/Rising/others are all playable on PC in some way or form, and so are the upcoming MGSV games, but MGS4 is still exclusive to the PS3 all these years later. Do you think it's time for a PC port? Would you like to see one?

Discuss.

I'd rather have it on 360 and hear Otacon's joke about switching discs.

This joke never gets old.

And this might come to next gen systems and PC as part of new MGS collection.

That game has PS3 written all over it, and since when are PC games on blu-ray???

Well, Peace Walker had PSP written all over it too, and it eventually made it to other consoles.

On a side note, Portable Ops still is PSP exclusive.

You arent missing out on much... The cinematics and story are excellent and have alot of emotion in them but the gameplay itself... Not exactly the funnest MGS...

If you don't count emulators you're missing a lot of them so that argument doesn't really mean much. Still surprised MGS4 is still PS3 exclusive and not on anything else like most of them. Kojima already came out with collections on PS3 multiple times so I don't see them announcing another one soon.

I wouldn't mind a PC port now considering it's so old now but it's not needed to play for V considering that one is a prequel.

nope not me. Finished it on ps3 and that was for me the worst mgs of the lot. I literally fell sleep at then where you watch 1 hr and 30 min cut scene and nearly equal long one after the credits... The story gets quite boring.
