Ok...so since the game didn't give me anything for this accomplishment (say what?), I thought I'd make a thread to celebrate.  Finally after many races upon races I have hit triple gold on all the cups in Mario Kart.  Sheesh...that's no easy task.  My main is Rosalina and I prefer Mr. Scooty with the azure rollers and the Peach parasol.  

I have to say, this was a much better game than MKWii, which really is the only other game in the series I have spent a lot of time with.  I'm as flabbergasted as everyone else that the Battle Mode is just a series of tracks.  I'm really hoping they sneak in a fix for this in between the Hyrule update and the Animal Crossing update.

So how long did it take you to finish the game?  Do I get something for getting 10,000 coins?  Do I need to beat the game with every character to unlock something?  Has your opinion changed of the game since you first played it?  

Well done man, well done. Not there yet myself, lol. I do hope they'll fix the Battle mode in some update soon as well, though.

I felt as if the game could use more tracks, so I'm glad DLC is on the way.

Even after going on these tracks hundreds (if not thousands?) of times, the game is always fresh and fun. Even when you're losing races it's fun.

I wish I had the time to accomplish this... I still haven't finished w101 for goodness' sake!

Got mine 2 weeks ago, and so far I have all but 6 Mirror mode 3 stars.

Took me some time. To be fair I was playing alot, so I got it maybe in around a week.

As for the 10k coins question, you get a gold glider. It's the only unlockable I still don't have, and I want it to complete my gold kart swag! I always played Mario since the SNES, but I'll change my main for the first time ever when I get Link as DLC :P

Ok...Gold Glider, here I come. Not sure I'll use the gold set at all, though. Mr. Scooty is just an amazing ride.

I'm glad someone brought up W101...it's still sitting with my games, unopened, waiting to be played. Once MK8 came out I had a bit of a backlog and haven't cleaned it up yet. Think it's about time, especially before Smash comes out.

I have 2 more cups to get all gold stars on. Congrats man!

I remember accomplishing that in MK: Double Dash. The torment... the RAGE!!!

It was all worth it in the end, though.
