Tekken 7 I agree as it is my favorite fighting game franchise by far so it would take the crown for me. If it wasn't released then Uncharted 4 which sadly is not on the poll if that wasn't out maybe MGS 5 followed by Bloodborne then Batman then Xenoblade Chronicles and last but not least Quantum Break.
