Forums - Politics Discussion - 'Umbrella revolution' in HongKong.

It seems that USA finds a next target for next 'coloured revolution'.

Previous 'revolutions' inspired by USA was 'orange revolution' in Ukraine 2004, 'Rose revolution' in Georgia 2003, 'Tulip revolution' in Kyrgyzstan 2005, failed try in Uzbekistan 2005, 'Cedar recolution' in Libia 2005, failed 'Basil revolution' in Belarus 2006, failed try in Armenia 2008, failed 'white/swamp revolution' in Russia, 2011, 'Euromaidan' in Ukraine, 2014.

'Umbrella revolution' starts in HongKong, China.

What do you think, is the time for this actions right? Will USA achieve its targets in pressing China or will it only make China closer to Russia by this?

What does the US have to do with this? they have absolutly nothing to do with the situation in Hong Kong..

"A student protest in Hong Kong has finished its first week, taking on all the appearances of the numerous US-backed color revolutions that have unseated governments with which Washington has a beef from Georgia to Ukraine to Egypt and beyond. ...

As with previous color revolutions, protesters represent a tiny minority of the actual population yet they claim to speak with the voice of "the people."

These voices of the people again seem to have been trained by Washington, however.

As the Moon of Alabama blog has pointed out, the US government-funded National Endowment for Democracy -- AKA "regime-change central" -- has poured hundreds of thousands of dollars into stoking the regime change flame in Hong Kong. For example, in 2012 alone the US government sent half a million dollars to support these regime-change movements in Hong Kong. "

Nothing to do with the US or Russia. The ccp have been forcing their control over Hong Kong recently and there's inevitable resistance.

Worst article of the year..

The protest comes from the regime change on 1997 when HongKong switched from the UK to CHina.. China promised to keep the voting freedom in Hong Kong but are backing out now.. people in Hong Kong are upset.. its about Hong Kong keeping certain independent rights.. there is no US influence in here.
