The talented indie studio Q-Games just put online the informations about the technologies used in The Tomorrow Children :
Cascaced Voxel Cone Tracing for example enables them to simulate lighting in100% real time (ray-tracing), and uses actual real reflections, and not screen space reflections like most games.

More interesting, it seems this approach was influenced by Mark Cerny himself who challenged them to use the unique PS4 architecture for their next game :
"We took the challenge because several years ago right at the start of the project Mark [Cerny] personally asked us to use it, as other devs will initially use the simpler "PC" gpu pipeline. He wanted someone to try and use all the cool hardware he had spent years putting together :)"
We also learn that :
- The game has freely deform-able geometry ( which is why they use 100% real time lightning )
- A beta is scheduled in the west (maybe in October). Sony should announce it soon.
- They think about adding more and more features (like climate changes).
- More than 50 players online
