Including remakes: WWHD.
Not including remakes: Pikmin 3.

Though I admittedly haven't played much of MH3U, I certainly wouldn't consider it anything more than an average game so far. DKCTF may end up ranking higher than Pikmin once I play it.

Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze. I only say this because other than 3D world and Mario Kart, Tropical Freeze is the only game I've gotten around to play XP.

I'd probably go with Wind Waker HD, but just focusing on games born on WiiU, then it's between Tropical Freeze and Pikmin 3.

Pikmin 3 was incredible. Loved the Wiimote/nunchuk setup, with the Gamepad map right in front of me; why the hell aren't there any strategy games on Wii U, it's the perfect console for the genre. Still need to play it with the new touchscreen controls.

Gotta go with Tropical Freeze. It was platforming goodness from start to finish and could very well be my favourite sidescrolling platformer of all time.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution

Zelda Windwaker HD is number one and totally slaughters MK8 and M3DW.

Out of the exclusives I'd say Donkey Kong, Tropical Freeze would get second place. It's a great game and I keep going back it.

If you count multiplats Deus Ex: Human revolution would probably be the second best Wii U game, although I've never played it on Wii U. I might get the wii U version if I ever want to replay it.
