I don't think you understand why he is getting so much hate lately. He is covering up on an issue that is destroying gaming industry as a whole. Has nothing to do with his fame or game.
Social Justice Warrior crap. This is effecting developers more than gamers.

Like the video says, people hate the concept, not the person.

I think that the topics can and should be addressed, but guys like Fish want you to burn people at the stake. I've already sworn off Kotaku, PRS and a few others because of the witch hunts. There are also quite a few developers, like Fish that won't see a dime of my money.

The condescension they show when someone wants to see some evidence or hear from witnesses is nauseating. The recent Hernandez article on the fellow that allegedly raped an ex girlfriend was the straw that broke the camels back.

It's to the point that I might stop using gaming sites or at least drastically reduce my visits. I might just follow a select few on twitter and be done with it. It's hurting more than just game sales. Ad revenue on these sites are being affected and not all of their staff are SJWnazis.

i give not a shit about the person. i dont need a video to confirm or debate that fact.

This is an old video when he was bashing Japanese developers. It's alright he wasn't the first. But recently he is getting flack for this crap he is trying to cover up ( along with shitty people in the industry)

He keeps shitting on his audience and playing the victim to get attention on things he never did. Add a lot of drama but lately it all backfired on him and he tried doing really disgusting things...

He even went as far as to exploit his own company so he would appear a victim.  Destroying people's lives. Typical thing to expect from a guy who uses tumblr lol.

That was really interesting. "Phil Fish was basically Nickelback at this point" is pretty much true.

Personally, I've long since tired of discussion about Phil Fish. I don't actually care and I don't really understand why people get enraged because of something he said on twitter. Is he an asshole? Probably. Maybe. But so is that one guy who works at Microsoft. And that other guy who works at Sony. And that lady who works at Nintendo. No one cares, though.

I haven't played his game but it's not because he's an asshole. If I want to play it, I'll play it, his assholery be damned. The value of the game exists independent of that.

It's a good video reguardless you should watch it :)

This is like the 3rd time I've watched this video and I still feel the same about Phil Fish.. :S
