This is one "white" that ran a 4.2 40 back in the late 90's. Social factors are at play here. White kids are given crayons when they're two years old. Black kids are given footballs and basketballs. There are alot of great white athletes walking around in hospitals, curing cancer who don't even know they could have played in the NFL. Just as there are alot of black people on welfare who have high enough IQs to get into college but never had the chance.

So many factors go into these things other than race.

They aren't less intelligent, they were robbed by us white people.

Slavery, imperialism and deep racism pushed them back. Africa has so much diversity in everything and tons of resources. It should of been the wealthiest continent rather than one still ravaged by corruption, war and famine.

And just because some people decide to remain tribal it doesn't mean they are inferior.

It also doesn't help that the west (and increasingly China) continues to this day to interfere in their affairs

Those areas are poor as hell. That pushes the crime up, people go into gangs as they are desparate. The well to do leave. Often taking industry and jobs with them. This makes the area worse as nothing is bringing wealth in and apathy grows as people don't think they can change the situation. Its almost like a poverty trap.

This sort of thing is not exclusive to black communities and i doubt single parents are even a factor of breakdown of society.

The second part is likely true though as Detroit is corrupt as fuck and the local democrats have no interest in improving anything what so ever.

Although i think black people are poorer as this trend goes back to slavery and segregation and the whole lack of opportunities in comparison to whites ever since it was abolished. The issue of race still seems to be a big deal even now for some reason

Its not exclusive to black communities but look at the Ferguson situation, Look at the Detroit riots back in the 60s, look at the LA riots in the early 90s - no-one is going to set up industry or business where people riot, loot and burn buildings down.

Asians are a minority in the US but earn more per capita than whites.Explain that.

For your own sake however: Black people are the first human civilization. When Homos Sapiens got rid of its hairy body, skin pigmentation took centuries even millenaries of being exposed to hot sun in the current African and Middle-Eastern regions.

When nomads started to settle instead of constantly moving, that's when the first generation of brown people emerged. And out of those first settlement came out the first advanced rituals, languages, socio-structures etc...

White people however, didn't exist until late in Human History, and didn't get civilized until the first northern barbaric tribes got separated from the rest of the European region (nothing to do with the Borealis BS), and then after the Church fell after the crusades in central Europe.

Now why dies Africa and its people seem to be less advanced? Because out of the many regions that were independent and uncolonized in the world, Africa is still the most sought for, controlled and corrupted land of modern colonization, called neo-colonization: when European countries stopped colonizing, it was only after harsh negotiation with local presidents and generals through which they not only put the seeds of destabilization but also immigration.

Unlike colonization, where your army and people are visible, which is costly in infrastructure, and cause conflicts because the responsible guy is obvious, neo-colonization consist in financing, arming and assisting the most extreme or corrupted government, which in turn have for order to maintain their country in fear, lack of education or infrastructure to prevent them from rebelling, while (mainly western, and more and more eastern) company get juicy contracts with the same government to steal mineral, coil, oil, gaz etc...ressources at no cost while retaining 99% of its riches.

The result is that there is far less education possible in Africa, and the indirect but fallacious result being that they'd have lower IQ (which is Bell's racist theory using fake stats and approximation).

As for Nobel Prize, it's like saying there are less black american president in the US, completely ignoring the segregating and slavery past of the US making it only possible today, and for the first time, for there to be a black president, although racism still continues.

That doesn't explain all the times that white riot. Look at the people of the Underground in United Kingdom.

And white people still own the easy majority of all the money in the US. Just look at the top 1% or 2% who own 50% of all of America's money, and just about every single one of them are whites.

Besides, black people are naturally more humble, and speak their first words when their 3 to 8 months old, and are naturally really talented in math & science & literacy & sports. And blacks absorb much more radiation from the sun, and their bodies metabolize more across the board, more then any other race, making them more like superman then any other race. White people are more recessive then any other race, and have fair skin, and take 14 months to 4 years to speak their first words, plus white people are naturally un-talented at math. And a black person carbonized the light bulb, which is why science & technology is 50 or more years ahead of schedule. And blacks created Rock & Blues & Jazz & R&B & Rap & etc., while whites only created such genres as Country.
