8/27 update to add map display on the TV screen, 3 free Mercedes-Benz karts: GLA, W25 Silver Arrow, 300 SL Roadster.

Records screen w/ total coins, online win-loss record, character selection rates, etc. being added. Improved online stability.

Default menu selection following GP changing to next race. Last used kart customization added to save. Edit others' highlights.

Sounds like a lot of fans will be pleased. Making a good game even better.

I'm a bit baffled that they don't have control customization options... I didn't question A to go because I usually just accept the default controls, but one of my friends wanted to change it to R and got a bit bugged when we realized there was no way to adjust that.

Maybe we're just spoiled by Smash Bros.

Some obvious shit that should have been implemented from the beginning, like the GP option changing to "next race" or putting a damn map on the screen.

Loved the game, but some of those features were really trying to force the new features on to us (believe me i love Gamepad map screens, but not in a game where you can't afford to take your eyes off the main screen for a second).

Great! Now they just need to put the timer on the screen.

So they're not getting rid of the coin item.....otherwise a good update.

I would love DLC with three more classic tracks and greater kart/bike customisation options, even if just the ability to customise colour of the vehicle and parts.
