Sad that Aho Girl is over. I enjoyed the random humor. Finding out the source of the banana obsession was funny, and poor A-kun basically dedicating his life to get away from someone...he'll probably honestly never be free from. I'll miss hearing Yoshiko's screaming, surprisingly.

Gamers...honestly the 4 + 1 idea was funny at first, and led to some cute misunderstandings, but it felt a lot more uncomfortable this time. The meddling stopped being funny really fast, I honestly wanted to slap the little sister after the dungeon scene. Go back to your eroge already.

At least the ending was cute. Liked seeing the MC taking iniative, and Aguri and her boyfriend's scene was adorable.

Anyways...most of my seasonal shows will be ending soon...so I'll probably put up the Anime of the Season poll this weekend, and leave it up until Fall season starts. Be excited.

Hey everyone, its been a while since I've been in here. Hey super what's up buddy? I feel like we haven't talked in ages. Either way, I believe I should do a season round up of what I've watched and where I've reached. This will be in order from my sunday shows to my saturday shows.

First up Knights and Magic: Let me start out by saying this is a very rushed adapation that is rushing to focus on battle scenes that character development. Its a good anime for you to shut off your brain too and yes its isekai. Its pretty fun to watch and enjoy tho the heroes do win a little too easily most of the time, but its really interesting to see how they do it. The technology that he brings to the world of knights and magic makes it truly interesting and is probably the best part about it.

Princess Principal: I recently started this one after seeing a scene from one of the later episodes which focused on Chise. I was honestly shocked by how good this anime is. This is a show about spies and a princess who ends up getting tangled up in the spies business. I don't want to spoil too much but you grow to love each and every character in this show and when something happens that hurts them or they make a mistake you really and truly feel for them. The last episode ended on quite a note and I'm looking forward to Sunday for the conclusion. I hope everyone survives but this show has been amazing thus far.

Monday time

Youkai Appartment: This is a show I started because of versus. There's this thing versus does to me, and you'll see it again later on. He hypes up these shows he's really looking forward too and I get caught up in it and start to watch just to find out that versus has dropped it a week or 2 later. This is one of those shows. Its a slice of life about youkai and its mainly about the characters growth. It does have some action and it has some yaoi bait for those who care for that. I will say its been interesting but I do think it could have been better and that the MC is a little hard on himself. If someone gets caught up in a bad crowd and something happens to them how can you blame yourself for their stupidity? Maybe if I did something? no. That's not how it works you aren't a guardian angel for the world. Either way its pretty good

Isekai Shokudou: This is a manga about food, its about a restaurant in another world, aka our world. The people who eat at this restaurant are people from another world, a fantasy world where they get food that is simply amazing. Each part is a story told showing a characters back story and how they discovered the restaurant's doors and how great the food is. Do not watch this on an empty stomach, but I will say I enjoyed it. It was a nice calming anime.

Koi to Uso: I read the manga so the anime didn't have that much impact on me, tho I realized that the events leading to me being unable to choose between which girl I would prefer him to weren't as much as I thought. Would you believe me if I told you they adpated voer 100 chapters perfectly? Oh yea that's cause chapters can be 4 pages long. But yea This is a great love story about two great girls and I think anyone who is a sucker for romance would enjoy it. I started reading the manga way back and I have yet to watch the last episode as it is anime only and I know its an open ending as it should be.

Tuesday boys!

Isekai Smartphone: Did I mention that I like isekai anime? Well this one is a bland one. I like it because it is isekai and because it is my token harem of the season. However I will say it can be bland and obvious and quite frankly stupid. Its something you can shut off your brain too and enjoy the small bits of ecchi it provides. If you've come for a compelling story you've come to the wrong place. It doesn't help that the adaption (according to WN readers) is poor. Funny how both isekai anime have this problem huh?

Aho Girl: This is a funny show as it should be since its a comedy however.... Yoshiko's stupidity can be a bit much. Yes I get it, she's an idiot but I can't help but feel sorry for everyone involved with her. The poor teacher whose single, Sayaka and especially A-kun. Like his childhood has been a mess because of this girl, like her thought process is the devil incarnate I swear. Either way if you like comedy and can endure her idiocy (which is the cause of most of the comedy) then you'll be fine. Also perv pres is amazing and Sayaka is best girl!

Tsurezure Children: Can anyone say romcom of the year!? This is easily my favourite short of the season and I loved every second of it. Its a 12 minute episode anime that focuses on a number of couples and their interactions such as them getting together or failing to confess among other things. Its friggin amazing and cute and Prez is amazing. Like I was hooked from episode 1 because of the prez and then I grew to love Takano and Sugawara. If you love romance you'll have a hard time ignoring this, it is one of the best romance anime I have ever seen. In fact I'm already caught up on the scanlated manga.... yes I spent the last 2 days reading all 160+ chapters.

Nana Maru San Batsu: Remember what I said about versus earlier about how he gushes about anime and then gets me to watch them when he drops them 2 to 3 weeks later? This is the 2nd one and first I must say THANK YOU VERSUS. This anime is a anime about quiz bowl and it is quite frankly one of my favourties this season. The main character is the quiz version of Onoda from yowamushi pedal and watching him and the rest of his friends grow in quiz bowl has been amazing. Its been one of the most entertaining shows this season and it plays out like a sports shounen anime. You'll get hooked during a quiz and before you know it the episode is over and you're quickly moving on to the next one. This is a really good anime but maingirls voice takes a while to get used to.

I'll get to wednesday - saturday after I finish eating dinner :)

Heh...it's been a while.

Looks like we shared a few shows. Koi to Uso seems like it would be up my alley, but I decided to wait for the manga to be over, or close to it. I know what these type of shows do to me.

Also surprised somoene else completed knowledge bowl anime. I'm not crazy about it but I keep watching, so I guess it did something right.

Anyways...AOTS time! Like before, I'm using MAL to pick the poll options, so sorry to people who don't like that site. I'm open to suggestions for how to improve this moving forward...though I'd prefer to use an aggregrate opinion to decide this to at least try and be objective.

I'll put together my list next weekend, when my last seasonal anime finishes, but since so many anime are wrapping up, this seemed like a good time to start the voting. Feel free to wait a week if one episode might change your final decision.

That looks pretty good. Is that a feature film or a show?

Wednesday time:
Let's start off with potential AOTS Classroom of the Elite: I don't know what I can say about this show tbh. It focuses on a school where students are ranked from class a to class d with class d being the worse. If you've seen assassination classroom then this of class d as the e class. The difference being to get into the school you must be talented and its not only about grades. Our MC has been compared to hachiman from oregairu (aka my avy) and possibly oreki from hyouka. I will say he is an amazing MC and the way he manipulates people is simply amazing. I haven't said much about the show in general but the characters are amazing and the way the show executes its plots is pretty good. I've tried to find the LN online and its only been translated up to midway through the 2nd volume.... needless to be said, it is an amazing show.

Hajimete no Gal: There is a reason the smartphone anime is my token harem and not this one. This is a bad harem, not bad girl wise but bad execution wise. I wont even say give it a shot, read the manga instead. this is a terrible adaption of a decent manga where we see full development of all girls and the relationship of yame and the MC. The anime has nothing to show him truly falling in love, yet when the other girls come in the show "no I love yame san". I'm sorry but I can't even recommend this. PLEASE READ THE MANGA AND FORGET THIS ADAPTION EXISTS!

Thursday:
Gamers: You think this is an anime about people who play video games or about the video games? Well its about the former and its not just the former but its about the crazy jumps in logic aka misunderstandings that they have. This show will have you frustrated in a good and bad way. Its a polarizing show. You will either love it, start loving it and then grow to hate it, or simply hate it. You don't go from hating to loving it, you only go the other way. This is a hilarious anime but like I said it is also frustrating. I don't want to spoil anything but my feel on this is watch the first 3 episodes. If you like it then you're possibly good. if you can get to the 2nd half and not feel like puling out all your hair then you might be able to endure the misunderstandings and how stupid they can be. Its funny tho, if you can endure the characters stupidity. And no I may sound like its urgh to me, but I do love the show. My friends are like "I'd date tendou in real life" tho and I aint about that. Yes she's a gamer and she's amazing... but she's a stalker and she's clingy as hell. I think she'd smother me to death. Then again my friends only care about how she looks it seems when they use the endcards as evidence as to why she's amazing. Sorry about the minirant, I do think she deserves MC tho.

Friday
Jikan no Shihaisha: Chronos rulers is a fairly interesting show about time and regrets. I will say that I greatly enjoyed it up to a point, that point being these last few episodes. I saw our BA MC become..... well not BA. I understand it was to see him grow and for him to deal with his past but.....it did nothing for his fighting as he was pretty much already the strongest. I will say the show is enjoyable and a good time waster with decent enough action scenes. They aren't the best but you could enjoy it.

Shingeki no Bahamut: Virgin Soul: Let me start off by saying screw you episode 23, screw you! Like I enjyoed season 1 and season 2 being 2 cour sounded like it would be great and all right? Season 1 ended up greatly and the main plot while in the background for the most part was prevalent and never felt rushed even tho it went from 0 to 100 real fast. In this season it does go from 0 to 100 the same way and tries to build up the same way but the new MC is well.... she's not the greatest tool in the shed and, well I should start by saying she's a dragon, a red dragon. At the start she can only transform into a dragon when aroused, aka she when her heart races because she sees a hot guy she turns into a dragon and goes on a rampage. My problem is her obsession with her love interest who happens to be.... well no spoilers but he aint the nicest around and has committed a ton of atrocities during the season and between the two seasons. This has lead to many head scratching moments and some of the characters being who they are also do stupid things. Its a good anime yes, but a lot of the things that happen.... well yea... I don't blame you if you stop at the end of season 1 but season 2 is pretty good too but I'll wait for the last episode before saying anything. Just know the latest episode ending has me quite peeved.

Saturday:
Kyoukai no rinne 3: If you enjoyed season 1 and 2, you'll enjoy this, its more of the same comedy no much else to be said

Re:creators: I'll edit this post and say more but its amazing

Boku no hero 2: same as re:creators

AOTS for me will go to either Princess Principal or Centaur no Nayami, both end tomorrow, so we will see @_@

Would say Symphogear is up there by default, but I'll binge that later and see if Crunchy picks it up someday for better subs.

You, I like you.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

Princess Principal ended well enough, I quite enjoyed it and I hope it continues at some point
