I dont know, its just that after all the watch dogs, titanfall hype, none of them have sold amazing amounts. Watch dogs 8 million. Titanfall 3million. Just that I think people over hype, maybe Im wrong, but I would not be surprised if it became boring for a lot of people after 2 weeks

I think Destiny will be of a much higher quality than either Watch Dogs or Titanfall. It has a big developer behind it, after all, and Bungie rarely disappoints.

Having $500,000,000 in marketing/development budget will help too

My prediction? 27-33M

I guess not. Just looking at pre orders shock me. The game sold more than 1M in US only being 2 months away of it's release.

absolutely not. Titanfall was exclusive and MP only and kinda overhyped due to MS talking about it so much and acting like it was a megaton at E3. Watch Dogs has done 8m despite being pretty lukewarmly received and the hype severely dying down after all the downgrades. People don't seem to realize that Destiny will be supported for TEN years with expansions every few months. It will sell like World of Warcraft not COD. I think because of that it has the chance to sell the most units of any game ever tbh.

A game is not considered a failure selling over 8 million.  Man your opinion sure is steep.  Even saying Titanfall is a failure selling over 3 million seems pretty steep as well.  For 2 new IPs I think both developers will be happy with those results.

Maybe he means in terms of qulaity. If so he's right, Bungie's pedigree is pretty oustanding.
