I just realized something, after Smash Bros. and Pokémon comes out, not many games are left for Nintendo to produce for the 3DS. Sure there is third-party support, but what about first party?

This is what is currently announced for 2015:

WarioWare and a 2D Metroid are the only games that I can thing of. Maybe they could make a new Game&Watch Gallery? I have a feeling they will make a Pokémon Z as well. I'm also hoping for a MOTHER 1+2=3 trilogy.

Maybe another generation of Pokemon, Pokemon Z to go after X and Y. 2D Metroid and maybe a Pokemon Snap 3D. Possibly another Mario & Luigi RPG game

Majora's Mask 3D, maybe another Mario spin off game like baseball or chargers..

E3 was dedicated almost entirely to wii u. I predict there are at least 15 unannounced 3ds games that will release in 2015.

Nintendo could make another Fire Emblem after the success of Awakening. Another Advance Wars, a 3DS version of Mario Maker, Pokemon Snap o Conquest II...
Also they could put more efford into bringing existing titles to the west (Dragon Quest, Youkai Watch, Attack on Titan...)

Sequels to basically any previously released games would be welcome. Metroid is the obvious choice for a new game. I would kill for a handheld Pikmin. Then there's always the surprises that we just haven't thought of. I don't think a lot of people saw Kid Icarus or Luigi's Mansion coming, so I'm hopeful that they've still got some tricks up their sleeves.
