It sucked hardware wise even when it was new. Of course kids used to a DS and 3DS will think it is weird.

Well I actually thought the reactions were pretty okay, better than I expected anyway. Most seemed to like it and recognize it was just old. There were even some that already knew what it was.

Some of them knew what it was, others didn't but as it's something from our era (and I mean anyone older than 20), yet how did that 13 year old kid not know how to turn it on? Sure a 8 yr old might not but 13.

Liked some of the reactions but the ipad/ipod (touch, buttons suck) comments were cringe worthy.

Easily the part that makes me feel old. I find touch controls to be unresponsive and clunky next to the precision of buttons. If I can, I always choose trusty buttons.
