I usually play games only once, but the ones I've enjoyed and replayed are:
GTA Vice City and San Andreas
Bully
Resident Evil 4 and 5
Tomb Raiders: Legend, Anniversary, Underworld, 2013
and
Lollipop Chainsaw :)
Mario Kart, the old WipeOut games.

Play World Of Warcraft, that is the most replayable game in the world.
GTA series(RDR, L.A. Noire; some clones(Mafia 2, especially),
Trucking games,
L4D series,
S.T.A.L.K.E.R series,
King's Bounty series,
Gothic series,
Civilization series,
Killing Floor,
BFBC2,
TF2,
some Sony games like Uncharted series, Killzone series, Heavy Rain(o0),
pretty much every decent racing game,
and so on, basically all the games i like are very much replayble for me.
