Definitely Google.

Having Google Now integrated into the dashboard with Play Music and Android as the OS would be awesome.

They are the most innovative company in the list by a mile.

Samsung definately, they make good electronics and propably have facilities to produce a a competitively price console. they have quite a bit of resources to spend on the market too I suppose.
