Why? I mean Fifa is not really a game that can replace Titanfall and the UK just loves it, so that might not necessarily have something to do with this, I concede that. But COD is a online shooter than can in theory replace Titanfall for someone and if I now see how the X1 version is seeing a distinct increase while all other versions are dropping or flat, then I have to wonder if it does have something to do with Titanfall.

I mean, let's be honest here, many people are getting Titanfall through the bundle, so I really don't see why it would be so hard to imagine that some people (I'll edit my original post to make this more clear) just didn't like Titanfall that much and therefore are now switching to COD.

That is probably the most retarded conclusion to get out of a Top40 chart I have seen in a while.

Titanfall on Xbox One is still the no. selling game and you spin it to "people are getting tired of it, because CoD increased from No. 23 to No. 15."
Even if people got tired of Titanfall, it would be totally fine, because the game is 8 weeks old.

What is you conclusion that InFamous is on No. 10 just after 7 weeks? People hated it, destroyed the game or sold it used? Nonsense.

Ok, genius. You do understand that I mean that some people that bought the game already are getting tired of it and are thus now buying COD, right? That has absolutely nothing to do with the placement of Titanfall in the charts (no matter how much that is boosted by the bundles).

The next time before you call something retarded at least make fucking sure you understand it right.

I got it right then. It is still nonsense.

don't you think word of mouth by those people who got tired of it early would somehow have a negative influence on current sales numbers?
Only a VERY VERY VERY small number of the gamers who actually played the game are complaining about it. It was very well received accross the community. That speaks volumes and not "COD increased from 23 to No 15".

Do you even know how small the difference between no. 23 and no. 15 really is btw.?

Your posts just don't make any sense.

Imagine not having GamePass on your console...

Quite nice for Child of Light! I Started the thing yesterday, it's amazing. But only the PS4 one charted? That's quite amazing too...

Retail edition is only for PS and PC no?

Correct. I hadn't imagined that... quite advantageous for PS4

Titanfall XB1 #1 8 weeks after launch? Legs.

There have been no other major releases since.

Infamous?

Edit: Seems Talia already got it before me lol but yeah I guess it is a forgettable "major" game huh?

Whatever makes you sleep at night...it sold 1 million in a week and was not given for free, and was #1 for several weeks.........when it is heavily bundled for free ti will stay in the top for awhile. Also, ps4 users have much more to play, ff14, the show, bound by flame, outlast DLC this week alone plus tonnes on great indies and f2p titles.

Actually yes, there was. Infamous Second son. You seem to forget very quickly about it that it was release. It's major.

Damn with a retail release of Spider-Man on Xbox One it would be an even better first place... Why do people still buy these games?

Your posts just don't make any sense.

It increased from 38 to 15 in 2 weeks, meanwhile during the same period the PS4 version went from 26 to 20, the 360 version from 7 to 19 and the PS3 from 16 to 29. Also I never said it was huge numbers, but that there are some people.

And no, "bad word of mouth" wouldn't necessarily negatively influence the sales of Titanfall very much, cause there is still a lot of good word of mouth for the game, plus again, there is not much reason to not go with a Titanfall bundle in the UK right, which in itself helps Titanfall sales immensely.

No matter how well received a game may be, there will always be people that just don't like it very much, so it is certainly not "retarded" as you like to call it, to think that some people jumped ship from Titanfall to COD, which then in turn produced a bump in COD sales.

Oh and regarding the bolded, look what I just found on Reddit:

http://www.reddit.com/r/Games/comments/24svou/titanfall_has_been_out_for_2_months_now_that_the/

There are people that feel the game is lacking in certain departments like longevity and content and looking at the upvotes these people got I'd say it's not that rare of an opinion.

You are exaggerating with almost every word. Infamous was only one week on the top spot worldwide and two weeks in UK. Infamous was and still is on some places the only way to get a PS4 as bundled version. PS4 users have FF14, The Show and Bound by Flame? Which player in UK plays The Show? And Bound by Flame which wasn't even released for this chart killed exactly how many Infamous sales the last weeks? Maybe 300? And Xbox games get DLC as well... There are also not tonnes of Indie and f2p games and "great" are maybe only 4 of them. Not to forget that Xbox One got also new retail games with Kinect Sports and Plants vs Zombies the last weeks and months so that your argument with FF and Bound by Flames is not really much worth to talk about.

PS4 is doing or did better in UK but your post was such an exaggeration of the real situation if it comes to Infamous vs. Titanfall sales  Both games profit a lot from bundles (Titanfall more) and both games profit a lot from the situation that there is not much more worth to play on these two consoles except some multiplat and cross-gen games from the launch in 2013.

Woah guys, calm down a little please. No need for this to devolve into a flame war.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

No Wii U, no Vita...no doubt we won't see either until Mario Kart now.

Good for Titanfall though

How game that not exist could be charted

PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

You cannot be serious....infamous was limited bundles and was not free with the console, massive difference.
