BTW am I the only one with a loud PS4? Even when playing with a headset on and volume all the way up I can hear it.

I know a couple of people here in Croatia who had the same problem. Sony Croatia replaced the console without asking.

No, before it would be loud for like 1 or 2 minutes after starting a game and then it'd be silent.
