I wish they would sell all western studios and concentrate on JRPG development only, for console and mobile.
A new Estopolis / Lufia, Dragon Quest, Grandia and Romancing Saga would be more of value that all those western bullcrap.

This begs to differ, minus the Dragon Quest becuase thats obviously happening and cant be too far off.

If they do, nothing but good things can come from it. SquEnix there are some great series that could be revived, Star Ocean, Valkyrie Profile, anything from Ivalice world, SaGa, Front Mission.

Luckily they've revived Drakengard, but sadly Mana series seems to have been relegated to mobile.

But that last thing is what worries me, mobile. As long as it makes money like it is, why should they bother putting effort into full console releases. I wouldn't mind a Final Fantasy on the graphical standard of a HD remake of FFX (or potentially FFXII) if it meant I got them and then they might still make their all important profit.
