GT is as big as Halo,Uncharted 3 outsell Gears of war 3 and since ps4 is more popular then ps3  i think Uncharted 4 will outsell any Gear of war game,the last of us look as big as Uncharted .

Infamous is bigger then ever in ps4 and by looking to The order pre order it look like this games will be big even bigger then Titanfall.

Singstar/buzz are not big if you compare them with other casuals games the best selling buzz and singstar sold less then 2 millions.

Majority of ps2 gamers are hardcore i doubt they are more then 10 millions  casuals on ps2

PS4 will not dominate like PS2 did. Xbox is now a household brand/name in the USA. PS4 did double Xbox One in sales this January but that doesn't mean that it will stick that way forever. If by using that logic than the 360 would have blown PS3 out, PS3 outsold xbox. There are around 40 million 360s in the states, and majority of those haven't converted to the new gen and won't for awhile. Granted, there are a ton of ps3 users that havent converted as well.

I feel that Xbox 360 users won't convert to next gen for awhile because there is no reason to. The majority of xbox 360 users bought a 360 because of online gaming. Playstation users got their hardware because it was better and faster. Ps4 offers better specs than any other console, xbox one features upgraded specs from the 360 which isn not a reason why any xbox 360 user would convert. They want a better xbox live experience compared to the 360, because there is no point in buying the One for hardware when xbox live was why we got a 360.

Or it could be a conspiracy :3 Sony's second console performs amazingly, microsoft's second consple lerfroms amazingly. Sony's third console not so well, Microsoft's console not so well. Concidence? I think not.

In all seriousness, I'll be buying the One as soon as Halo 5 is released (don't care for price of console. Paid $600 for my ps3 and sold it a half year later)

I don't think the PS4 will dominate that much, unless the Xbox One All In One Entertainment System On Input One has a major crumble it will not be PS4 outselling the all the competition almost 3 to 1...

Mind you, I have a PS4 and never owned a PS2 back then... I do see some serious benefits to this situation, like on the tablet market, the smaller studios can afford to miss out on the sales on the smaller/more complet platforms so there is more concentration all going to the same place (you also save by not having to buy 2 systems to get everything significant).

In no way do I expect it to reach PS2-level sales. XB1 may even reach surpass 360 when all is said and done. Nintendo might pull a miracle out of their ass... I suppose. :P There may be domination, but I doubt it'll ever get that bad.

it cant beat the PS4 unless there is some GTA type exclusive on XB1. Now I do agree that calling a "blow out" is too early, calling a safe win I can see but I definity think it is too early to call 70%+ market share type win yet.

PS2 could play DVD movies and at the time it was a great selling point since DVD players were expensive.

PS4 doesn´t have much to it nowadays compared to the PS2 back then.

Cant handle reality.  Its ok PS4 dommination has had that effect on many people on here.

It has none, kinetic has already proven to be a weakness.  And many would take PSn+ over live though it could be argued to no end.

And in no way was 360 as strong a competitior to the PS3 as PS4 is to the X1, yes it was fierce showing them a somewhat even match.  The way PS4 is killing its comp shows X1 is no firce competition at all like there was last gen.   Its under powered over priced with inferior 3rd party games and lesser 1st party, and those are just facts. 

X1 does not have Japan a few crazy Euro nations and massive world wide distribution to fall back on doring tough times like PS3 did, Its losing in EVERY market in the world.  PS3 never reached such dire times.

Heres the thing with more time, as it goes PS4 dominates more and more in case you havent noticed.   So unless a price cut happens for X1, time will only make matters worse.  Its a inferior product at a higher price, it does not get any simpler to expalin why PS4 is kicking the shit out of it world wide.  Untill thats rectifed it will continue and will only get worse. 

PS4 look like the clear winner this gen, but dominate like the PS2!! I don't see that happening at all.
