To be more specific I know all about physical media... I had over 300 VHS movies... I had several hundreds of DVDs... All that shit has been sold or trashed... I have a NAS, I have SSDs and I have HDDs all those solutions trumps physical media and especially disc on every point beside dust collecting....
it's easier to access, better organized, easier to search/navigate, almost undamageable if your setup is done properly, easier to carry/transport, and easier to share... Saves space and money... And best of all the wife is happy and you know that alone makes it the unquestionable winner :p

Oh and I don't use piracy anymore unless I have no other alternative because the content provider prevents me to consume when and where I want it.... I'm willing to pay but if you are not willing to sell I'll get it anyway :p
for example series aired 24h later I get them on Hulu, Xbox video etc... But if they don't do it and wait 6 months after the finale and don't let you pay the online only solution... Yes I'm looking at you HBO/HBO go... I'll happily eff you and steal it from you... Your loss

I used to have a blu-ray player but gave it away, along with the 6 films i had. For early access i generally visit the bay, then wait for yify 1080p, which is good enough for me.

Hmm. Been using Bluray for 4 years. Ive started to go Digital through Xbox myself. ut its nice to have for when friends have Blurays they buy. But Ive moved over to 1080p digital Xbox Movies wit smartglass features not found on Blurays. And its around the same price.

It's so awesome!!!! It's almost like I've been living in the Stone Age for the past 10 years. Thank you Sony for inventing it and sharing it to M$, so kind... People will say you didn't invent it, but they are just haters

I have been using blurays for years now and HD content even longer than that, but I never owned a PS3.
I do like BluRays though. It is a good mix between Downloads and Discs for me.

"Game of Thrones" is BluRay only for me, but "The Killing" is digital only.
"The Walking Dead" is a mix between DVD (season 1), Download (season 2) and BluRay (season 3).

I don't have a Xbone but after PS3 I stopped do buy DVDs... only BDs... sad that both new consoles are worst BD player than PS3 but firmware updades will fix that.
