A few things that have happened recently:

PS4 has been in stock on Amazon UK for several hours now, still over 1k available

Knack/KZ bundles have also been in stock at Amazon UK for a while now, and tracking shows they aren't flying off the virtual shelves

PS4 has been in stock at Best Buy.com (one of largest USA chains) for at least 32+ hours now, still in stock.

More anectodal reports of PS4 stock at American brick and mortar stores.

Thread topic says it all. The evidence seems to point that PS4 shortages may be near the end. But they still sell out quickly at Amazon USA.

Still hope it's just a huge shipment. But I never thought that the stock shortages would end in Europe first.

Still sold out in Germany though since launch.

I think many Brazilians are buying through Amazon US...

The Killzone Bundle is about to run out of stock, in fact I imagine when I finish typing this they will be out of stock, and as for the other SKU's I imagine they will sell out quicker once the Killzone bundle is unavailable. They will also sell quicker once we hit February as a lot of people here in the UK haven't been paid for a long time! We get paid on the Friday before Christmas and the next pay-day isn't until the end of January. For example, I was last paid on December 20th so there really isn't a lot of disposable income available this month!

Of course you could be right and supply may be meeting demand now, but i'm not sure that is entirely likely considering the fact that Amazon US seems to be constantly sold-out. There isn't nothing else to do but wait and see!
