I'm just laughing at the complete delusion that much of gaf lives under that they are somehow significant.  Whilst there are undoubtedly some connected people there, its mainly a bunch of nerds acting entitled and pretending they connected to the gaming industry at high levels witb their weak and almost always wrong "rumours" (fabrications).

By the way this post of yours actually comes across as what you are accusing me of.

Quite a few of people from Microsoft Xbox division are there as well. Does Major Nelson look like a nerd acting entitled and pretending to be connected to the industry to you?  What is he doing there if the whole site is insignificant? What does Albert Penello do there? Because they love gaming and they frequently visit forums to see what is the latest game?

Pretty much every "rumor" about the power differences and the resolutions became true but meh, they are wrong if nobody can tell the difference. Anyway, don't want to derail the thread further.

So much joy from some people... is Antonio Banderas preferences even important??? Even more when we know some celebrities get paid to pretend they like a console... the guy even said he almost don't play games.

But for some defenders and pretenders this seems like a big deal... maybe we should create 4 more threads about it and how PS4 lost the generation because of it.

so you didnt read my post correctly, read the bolded part... you seem angry and are clearly rushing your posts.  Calm down, its just a joke.

I read it. The part I quoted is a part of that sentence. You are making it like there are a few people  from tier 3 studios there. Major Nelson and Albert Penello are not some connected people. They are the head of their division or close to it. Their presence alone should prove you that the site is not some random "insignificant" site. Tell me please, what are they doing in that crappy place? Who should I beileve, Major Nelson from Microsoft or Kowenicki from vgchartz?
