Be realistic. If Call of Duty Ghosts can't crack 100k on Wii U, then neither Bayonetta 2 nor X have much chance for doing better. I think that those Nintendo "core" fans are absolutely interested in Nintendo games, but they are not willing to spend $300 on Nintendo Console to have access to a handful of Nintendo games. Especially when they face major expenses in acquiring either PS4 or XBO.

Nintendo has gotten itself positioned as a second choice console even with the Nintendo game fans.

cod is casual and ghost ist the wort cod in ages, a flopping ghosts ust mean nintendo buyers arnt tat kind of casuals...

It depends of the timing and the how many wiius MK is going to sell. Mario 3d world is going to keep selling consoles, even if it is a little by little... Id bet 400~500k for bayo and 500k+ for X

Bayo 2 is going to be one of the biggest bombs of the year, and X will fly completely under the radar. Only MK8 and Smash are going to do any noteworthy sales for Wii U in '14.

I think that is a fair estimate but when you consider the sales of Bayonetta(especially on PS3) these sales are going to disappoint Platinum and Nintendo.

Second party. Nintendo is publishing the game. Your numbers sound fair for Platinum Games numbers on a Wii U (which makes it a tragedy that the game is exclusive but Nintendo is funding it so thats their fault). Those are terrible numbers to have in 2014 for the tech the Wii U has which is slight above last gen. The developments would demand the game sell at least 800k to 1.5 mil.

SO the rest of your post is obviously sarcasm. Right?? 2 million for Bayonetta 2? It barely sold that between Xbox and PS3 and it is going to somehow well this much on Wii U? Wait I get it. EVERY SINGLE PERSON who bought the first game was so in love with the game that they plopped down $300 for a Wii U just to play this one game correct? Means there will be a TON of Wii Us going up on eBay after they finish the game I suppose? :0

Bayo 2 will flop in Japan

X will do 1.5 Million plus

TW101 will NOT reach 1 million but i really hope that it does

I can't see Bayonetta 2 doing that well. Probably a flop but not as bad as The Wonderful 101, as Bayonetta already has small but established fan-base.

X on the other hand I can see doing a lot better than Xenoblade. By the looks of early video footage of X it has Monster Hunter Vibe going on with it gameplay. While this different direction towards a more MMORPG style of game could upset existing fans of Xenoblades. Monster Hunter Style games are becoming a massive selling game genre. It wouldn't surprise me X matching Xenoblade total on Japanese sales alone.
