Second party. Nintendo is publishing the game. Your numbers sound fair for Platinum Games numbers on a Wii U (which makes it a tragedy that the game is exclusive but Nintendo is funding it so thats their fault). Those are terrible numbers to have in 2014 for the tech the Wii U has which is slight above last gen. The developments would demand the game sell at least 800k to 1.5 mil.
