Retailer Walmart, “continues to spread the cheer” to its customers by making sure that many of them can enjoy the luxury of owning a PlayStation 4 this holiday season. Announced this morning, the retailer is expecting its “largest shipment yet” of the highly sought after next gen console from Sony. Here’s the official statement from the press release below:
Last-minute shoppers will be able to get Black Friday-like prices during Walmart’s Christmas Countdown Savings Event, starting at 8 a.m. Friday, Dec. 13. Walmart is dropping prices on popular toys, electronics, apparel, table games, gift cards and more to mark 12 days until Christmas.
Walmart continues to spread the cheer to customers with its largest shipment yet of the new PlayStation 4 consoles, arriving at stores across the country starting at 8 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 15. Customers can also visit Walmart.com for PS4 consoles while supplies last.
Consoles available on a Sunday, where had I heard that before? Oh right, here, in my console buying tip post. And like I mentioned in that post make sure you arrive nice an early if you plan on snagging a console on that day. Keep in mind that the statement says that there will also be online availability as well, so be sure to have that F5 key ready to rock.
