Conegamer said: About as expected. Thought Wii U might have been a bit higher and Vita a bit lower but there you are. I also refuse to believe that COD has an attach rate of near 70%, particularly after what EA was saying about them having 1 in 3 sales, but maybe that's just my hope more than anything else. |
A 70% attach rate is doubtable for CoD yeah, but VGChartz numbers show a ~30% attach ratio for EA games so that reason isnt one of them. Did you even check the numbers? lol
I really want to know Vita numbers next week, can the TV save it?
PS4 has sold more in one day in NA than the PS3 ever managed any week WW.

It just shows the mini-game-a-thon concept has run its course. You can't expect people to keep buying more and more of those when they already had Wii Sports/Resort, Mario & Sonic Beijing, Mario Party 8, Just Dance 202939, Just Dance Kids 20393, Just Dance for Dogs, Wii Fit Plus, etc. sitting at home. Nintendo Land not being able to find a big mainstream audience despite it probably being the best of the "mini-game" bunch was a pretty huge tip off. Game & Wario was a full on flop too. Ironically the soundtrack for Mario & Sonic Sochii is so great, it might be the first in the series that I buy if I can find it on clearance for cheap a few months down the line. The remixes of a lot of the Mario tracks are incredible.

Yeah. You're probably right as far as the west is concerned. I also noticed that Nintendoland almost disappeared from the charts as soon as it was removed as the main packin game for WiiU.
Also, thanks for that link. The music in Mario & Sonic Sochi is amazing!
I don't think we can expect any more massive PS4 weeks any time soon, in Norway and Sweden, they're pretty much already sold out since the start of October in pre-orders. Most websites claim they won't have any stock until around January 16th.
Want to see the Wii U breaking that 100K barrier.
Can it get to the 200Ks/300Ks?
