VGC has the 3DS at 34.53m as of Sept. 28th.  As of Sept 30th they had shipped 34.98m.  It is unlikely that the gap is that low with Pokemon and the 2DS releasing at retail shortly after the quarter ended.

Do we know when more 3DS/2DS were shipped? It could f been Any day of October. Dont thy usally shipped things like a week before? Pokemon didnt come out intill the 12th

Ok and the Software numbers include digital right? Pikmin 3 and Zelda(in Japan) must've had pretty decent digital sales then.

Around that i think but this holiday 3DS sales Will sky rocket and sales Will be way head YoY so its still all good (2DS will be a huge hit)

No, shipments were down, and after all a new model was released last August.

Why is WiiU undertracked by 0.2 million? VGC has it at 3.59 million as of the 28 Sep 13, and Nintendo has it at 3.91m, meaning 320k on shelves, thats a pretty reasonable number, especially leading into a price drop and zelda release.
