I'd have to go with Ocarina, though I think the 3D home console entries and Link to the Past are difficult to separate in terms of quality. Link's Awakening is still my favourite portable entry.

OoT and A Link to the Past are the best Zelda games ever created in my opinion. I couldnt really get into the others like i did with these two. Majoras mask is my 3rd favourite.

Yes! Another Spirit Tracks fan :)

@OP: I've played them all except for the CD-i games and the best of the lot is Ocarina. But my personal favorite is A Link to the Past. It was the first Zelda I beat and I still go back now and then to replay it.
