Pokemon X/Y is the most pre-ordered 3DS game in Japan ever

Over one million consumers have pre-ordered Pokemon X/Y in Japan. Famitsu has confirmed that reservations now stand at 1.26 million. As it turns out, this is a record figure for all 3DS games.

Famitsu’s report is based on data provided by Media Create. Note that hardware bundle pre-orders are not included.

I can already hear the sound of all those records shattering into pieces... oh those  poor little sales records...

Man and this tops B/W and B/W2 preorders, and of course digital is having a part in reducing preorders.

Nooooooo! You dont get to say that!!! (i knew you would try to be slick pezus). Also to compare somebody posted BW had 1.05mil pre orders and BW2 had 1.16mil, so yes it top 2 DS games which had 30mil+ users! Also MH4 keeping 3DS high with 130k this week

2 major things to note! 1.Not Hardware Bundles Counted 2. Most pre orders are done the last week which will be starting Saturday!
