Why is is bad news?  No importing so no more hacked pokemon ruining the online, soiling the hard work of breedeing or taking away the reward of capturing a shiny.  


...and being able to capture every single pokemon is a great thing.  They probably wouldn't mention the banning importing thing, just let that fact hit people in the face on release.



you dont kno the news? Hack pokemon cant transfer due to pokemon bank security system (same thing like pokemon tournys). They solved both the hacking+importing problems

I hope it's a full Pokemon Wii U game rpg. Make it different than the main series though. Maybe a continuation of Red's story (Red/Blue/Yellow2) in glorious hd.

I don't see a announcement of this news for Japanese audiences. It most likely will NOT be the reveal of new Pokemon or a new game.

Well it could be several things.

1)How to sign up for the Pokebank. (With that website being the portal to the bank, much like there is a portal to the online portion of the DS games.)
2) A chance that they will do what they did with Zelda and allow those who are going to buy the game digitally get the game a few weeks early.
3) Random X/Y information.
4)Surprise announcment. (WiiU title that was teased, light weight Colosseum app, etc.)
