If I wanted to remotely play my PS3, I'd get a Vita.

What is the big deal? Have you seen a nVidia shield? Shit does the same thing (or says it will do). Hardly any game is made with it in mind, and it doesn't matter because it's just another screen (and in this case has the same resolution as the source -minus PC- unlike the WiiPad).

I'm not a fanboy of the product (didn't even back it). I think it is ugly, looks cheap and is expensive. I'd probably buy a nVidia shield instead because I play mainly on my PC, but I like the concept (off-tv play for all consoles).

So, off-tv play is one of the biggest strenghts in WiiU, and anyone who wants that in other consoles is a moron?

If this project is successful, maybe we'll see bigger manufacturers doing their versions, probably better and cheaper.

The nVidia Shield is made for Android games (games that are already on a small screen...), and PC. So in other words, if you want off-monitor/TV play on your PC, you could get the Shield for $50 bucks cheaper. If you want off-TV play on your PS3 or PS4, you could get a Vita at $200 and do a lot more with it now and in the future than you ever will with a third-party controller. The only reason to get this controller would be if you really, really need to play your 360 or XBone without a television. Oh yeah, and the Ouya. I'm sure there are millions of rabid Ouya fans dying to pay $350 to play their Android games on this controller.

You've changed from "this is a WiiPad copy that doesn't work like one hahaha who would be dumb enough to buy this" to something else (you even see a reason to buy one now!!), so that's progress I guess. That was my problem with your first post, why complain about something it doesn't do, if it isn't designed to?
