What is the big deal? Have you seen a nVidia shield? Shit does the same thing (or says it will do). Hardly any game is made with it in mind, and it doesn't matter because it's just another screen (and in this case has the same resolution as the source -minus PC- unlike the WiiPad). I'm not a fanboy of the product (didn't even back it), but I like the concept (off-tv play for all consoles). I'm not going after anyone who questions this, I just hate reading dumb posts. |
The nVidia Shield is made for Android games (games that are already on a small screen...), and PC. So in other words, if you want off-monitor/TV play on your PC, you could get the Shield for $50 bucks cheaper. If you want off-TV play on your PS3 or PS4, you could get a Vita at $200 and do a lot more with it now and in the future than you ever will with a third-party controller. The only reason to get this controller would be if you really, really need to play your 360 or XBone without a television. Oh yeah, and the Ouya. I'm sure there are millions of rabid Ouya fans dying to pay $350 to play their Android games on this controller.
If you really hate reading dumb posts, stop making them. This is what you sound like:
