To me it's brutal in the wrong way. It's not just challenging. The level designs alone accomplish that. It's that 99 second time limit. Personally, I really did not wind up enjoying Luigi U.

I would say that is a distinct possibility.  It is very possible Nintendo will do this with most of their games at this point.  Do a limited shelf release and then go digital the rest of the way.

Ah I hated that game. I hated hated HATED that game. If I could delete it from my Steam purchases, I would.

Really?  I mean for me its hard, but its still fun.  The 100 second time limit was only a factor for me when I was trying to get the gold star coins, but for some stages they were so hard to get I didn't even try and the time limit wasn't a problem then.

if you can get the physical copy do so asap as ones it goes the price will rise

Well yeah, that was mostly what I was referring to. But overall, I'm the kind of gamer that enjoys a challenge, not getting mad enough to throw the controller. ;)
