Probably 95+ percent of people wouldn't even be able to tell the difference unless they were side by side and even then it might be difficult. I've seen many side by side comparison pictures of PC games for example in which one side had more options turned on/up and it was still almost impossible to tell a difference.

the question is how much "a little" means. small differences between the versions is nothing new and can be found for almost every ps360 game.

not sure if he would mention it if it would be only less tearing or whatever or if " a little" means something like 720p vs. 1080p or much better lighting.

I dont think its going to matter initially - these companies are making so many games on multiple platforms, they wont have time to make all these games and make them better looking on the more powerful console.

Console exclusives will be best looking for now (and we wont be able to compare)... I would say it will be 12+ months before we start to see the tools pipeline/code improve to a point where any improvements/differences can be seen in any significant way (if any).

This is quite irresponsible thing to say as a developer in my point of view. By deliberately omitting to clarify which platform, he was just inciting yet another round of vague speculations from both sides of the fanboy table.

This type of comments should only be made on the grounds that; first, make it clear which platform and second of all deliver a solid, indisputable graphical gap to make that comment wholly valid.

Me too.  Unfortunately, unless we hook them up on the same  tv's/monitors right next to each other i will say that it will be very subjective.  Obviously, fps can be documented, but unles we are talking 20% + gains, not sure if that will matter either.  I think that he said it to get people talking about his game.  Just a marketing ploy.

EA are the ones that got the bag of money from a certain company and they are the publishers of this.

im also curios to know which console there referring to from DF face offs since im probably getting this i would guess the PS4 b/c the last few NFS ran/looked good on the PS console

either way hope the game turns out well i'll miss the features from 05 MW pursuit and speed breaker as well as story or purpose of progressing through the game

I guess they got lazy on one version of the game and couldn't be bothered to bring it to par with the other version
