Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn nominated for best Main Title Design; up against The Newsroom, Elementary, and Vikings.

Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn--the live-action Halo series from Machinima--has been nominated for an Emmy Award for best Main Title Design.


It is up against The NewsroomElementary,VikingsAmerican Horror Story: Asylum, and Da Vinci's Demons.

The 65th Emmy Awards will be held Sunday, September 22 on CBS.

The five-chapter series was released in October, with episodes arriving on a weekly basis leading up to the November 6 launch of Halo 4. The series has drawn 55 million views as of March.

It has not been revealed if Microsoft plans to launch similar video programming to support the upcoming Halo title for Xbox One.

Yeah.  It is on Netflix Digital as well.  I'm pretty excited about Stephen Spielburg's upcoming Halo XD

It was pretty good. Looking forward to the TV series.

Vikings is a really good show IMO. If you haven't checked it out yet I would suggest watching it if u can.

I'm not sure I know what Main Title Design means. Is it the intro sequence?

OT: I've seen this, but in a movie way, is there more or what? I don't get it :s 

Wow, that's pretty impressive. And very encouraging, considering this was a pretty low budget production. With this much success, and depending on how Mr. Spielberg's project turns out, it could really pave the way for a full fledged Halo movie.
