Bethesda's Creation Club archive is being downloaded automatically
http://www.pcgamer.com/bethesdas-creation-club-archive-is-being-downloaded-automatically/
Bethesda’s Creation Club has proved to be divisive, unsurprisingly, but free mods aren’t going anywhere, so you won’t need to spend any cash on credits or purchase these ‘new’ premium mods. You might, however, find mod files being downloaded without you knowing about it.
Users have reported that files for every mod on the Creation Club are being automatically downloaded along with a regular, bug-fixing patch. It’s struck some as a little bit cheeky, wasting storage and bandwidth for something they either have no interest in, or can’t use unless they shell out the cash.

>>The question is, when will Bethesda fix this, before or after some modders find a way to use them without paying?

The changes were revealed in a Riot Pls video released over the weekend, while a follow-up blog post dug down into the reasons for the changes.

Dishonored 2's Death of the Outsider could have focused on Daud but was considered 'the easy road'
http://www.pcgamer.com/dishonored-2s-death-of-the-outsider-could-have-focused-on-daud-but-was-considered-the-easy-road/
When Dishonored 2's Death of the Outsider was revealed at E3, its launch trailer (featured above) showcased Billie Lurk slaughtering five baddies before rescuing her mentor Daud. With that, the star of the forthcoming DLC's show was immediately clear—however Daud was once considered as the standalone expansion's central protagonist.

GTA Online's PUBG-style Motor Wars mode offers double GTA$ and experience this week
http://www.pcgamer.com/gta-onlines-pubg-style-motor-wars-mode-offers-double-gta-and-experience-this-week/
I enjoyed GTA Online's new Motor Wars adversary mode when I tried it last week, even if it didn't entirely live up to the promise of a battle royale-style mode in Rockstar's open world epic. It's pretty decent for a freebie, though, and this week you've got an extra incentive to try it out, as it's paying out double experience and GTA bucks until the 11th.

Is there any of you interested on a 27", 2540x1440p, 1ms, 48-144Hz FreeSync TN monitor?

The folks of Hexus.net are hosting a new contest with two prices. The second prize is a iiyama G-Master GB2760QSU-B1 monitor but the first prize is... two monitors plus an iiyama DS3002C-B1 desk mount! Not bad, right?

The competition is open to everybody, and the answer to the question of the contest is very easy.

Gotten used to the larger panel.

Entered anyway, free is free, right? :P

For me, it's the opposite. I'm so used to 21-23" monitors that I find 27" ones to be too big for me. That's why I haven't entered the contest.

For my next monitor I will either try keep the size, maybe going up to 25", or I'll go crazy and big, getting a 34" ultrawide monitor.

You do get used to the larger size.
It was only a few years ago I was running with a 23" display. Then triple 24" display, then triple 27" display, then single 27" then 32".
But, you could enter anyway, if you win it... You could sell it or give it to a family member/friend or something.
Hell, give it away on this very forum even.   - A competition of a competition? Competitionception.

Nah! I won't take part on it... because of superstition, ofc. Imagine that I win, how many possibilities will I have to win another competition but this time with a prize I actually want?

I'll skip it.
