of course they have to milk the game somehow.. either this or DLC... so ill go for sequels...

So it's a mix of the inability to make a compiling story, with a poor financial situation. But, they can do whatever they want, after XIII and that trailer I think I will stop caring about FF. Lol at the beginning of the trailer "This is a fantasy based or reality", ...

With a bit of make up recent Final Fantasy characters could pass as members of a visual kei band.

If its a good game then we will definitely want sequels. However only if its good, if its like FF13 then I don't want to see any talk of sequels.

Trust me man, I know exactly how you feel. Whenever I see Noctis, I think this guy is going to be emo like Squall; and Stella is going to be pathetic like Rinoa. Nomura had a hand in FF8, and Advent Children so I don't trust him to tell a good story.

But in the end, FF8 did have some redeeming qualities, Advent Children was one hell of an action film.

Yeah I don't want this game to be FInal Fantasy 15. I wanted a return to a more traditional fantasy game with Hiroyuki Ito and Hiroshi Minagawa directing. I want to see Hinorbu Sakaguchi come back to Square and say he will save Final Fantasy... But its just not going to happen man.

But you know what. Tetsuya Nomura deserves a chance. I'll give the game a chance. I think the trailer did look okay, so I'm going to give this guy a chance to save Final Fantasy. If not then I hope Square have a plan B, or C or D, or whatever lifeline their on now, lol.
