I agree. The whole modern-esque look doesn't push very many buttons.
Now, when the game leaves the city, that when things get really impressive. But no surprise... Xenoblade was the same way. Rather boring towns, really nice overworld.

Gorgeous game. I wouldn't say it's showing off as much raw power as the X1 or PS4, but the fantastic art design makes up for it.
As a Sony fan, I must say I really enjoyed the trailers for both X and Bayonetta 2 as I immediately felt like playing them. That's a real advantage for the Wii U. I'll keep an eye on those two.
X looked sooooooooooooooo good... A shame the game is 2014, but I rather wait until they have it ready, since it seems like it is going to be really really amazing!!!!!!
