Alot of doom and gloom for the Xbox One on the web. It appears the PS4 has the 8th gen in the bag. But do we really think Xbox One is going to be a failure? I don't.

 

I remember hearing MS thinks they will move about 100 million Xbox One units. Is that realistic? I dunno.

I think the Xbox One can sell about 60 million units.

Based on how bad Wii U is doing and the abysmal support, second place is still up for grabs!

What do you guys think?!?!

60 seems around right, the PS4 is so much cheaper, which could lead them to playing catch up like sony did in this gen

I think PS4 will have a comfortable 1st place at 100m

While Wii U and One fight for 2nd in the 50m area. Wii U does decent in each territory while One does good in USA but bad everwhere else

It has a high price. Unless they announce some deal with cable companies to sudsidize it, i think it will be a little hard to sell. Would be better if they could of done 399, or 449 at the most. Or if they keep this price add in games for value.

Here's a crazy idea.

Sell the console for $99 with a subscription of $20 a month for 2 years. Throw in two years of Xbox Live, maybe some digital download games, and bam... mega ton sales!
