Forums - NSFW Discussion - NSFW: How NSFW is NSFW?

Yeah you are right.  Definitely we should have this stuff on the site because hey we can wear them in public

Exactly. You still haven't demonstrated why this site is more "professional" than the public.

And LOL that you posted that picture, as if I didn't know what a speedo looked like. Did you think that maybe the visual stimulus would change my mind?

No i expect you to be hard headed like you usually are.  The picture I posted was a part of the reason these type of avatars was banned which is why i used it.  I find it hilarious how people will deem one side appropriate because one has male parts and the other has female parts.  It is rather simple.  Some things are not appropriate at all times.

This forums is a videogame forum not a dinner party. As Ive said multiple times STANDARDS. Then bring back the topless men pictures back as well.  If we are going for an immature site you might as well not stop at this.

Yeah...yeah...standards, professional, yada, yada.

Yes, this a forum and it's purpose is to allow people to talk to each other. How do big breasted women or topless men hinder people from talking to each other?

It is all about the main focus of the picture.  And as I said before these were some of the exact reasons they was banned from the site in the first place.

EDIT: And with your logic I should be able to put greased up men in speedos on here as well.

I don't see why that would be a problem. In fact, I think we've had a few avatars like that in the past.

A good rule of thumb is: If you wouldn't be fined for walking down the street a certain way, there shouldn't be a problem with showing yourself here the same way.

No you will just get fired and kicked out of school for this.  Yeah makes sense.  Everything is appropriate at certain times, not at all times.

Yeah you are right.  Definitely we should have this stuff on the site because hey we can wear them in public *rolls eyes*

Well... Should you be on a videogame forum at school or work?

Did i just say work or school?  Nope I didnt. I also stated home.  Anywhere where there is people.

Is Mexico this prude? None of my family members or friends would bat an eyelash over the avatars on this side (all they show is cleavage) and if they did...it is me who visits this site, not them...

This really seems like a non-issue to me (and regarding VGChartz at work - the general design is suspicious enough)...

The main focus of this site is to be condusive to respectful discussion. That's why things like trolling, flaming, insulting, etc. are against the rules. They go against the main focus of this site. And it's the same reason why things like large breasts, smoking, and other things which don't hinder the main focus of the site should not be against the rules.

Just because they were banned before doesn't mean it was okay.

Certain avatars aren't appropriate for professional settings, yes I agree. But have you realized you should not be on this website in a professional setting?

Strange, I could have sworn your profile said Mexico when I last looked at your profile...

Doesn't change the meaning of anything in my post, though...

I am in full support of Osed's and Carl's avatars.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Ha! You've done nothing of the sort. All you've done was yell "We need standards!","What if you were at work!","They don't allow it in school, so it shouldn't be allowed here!"

You're like some guy walking down the street shouting "Standards! Hey woman, get a bigger shirt! Too much cleavage! Professionale!!! What if we were at work! What if we were at school! Standards! We NEED Standards!!!"
