Oh look, the guy in the video likes Xbox and dislikes Playstation, and Kain agrees. Oh my! Guess everyone else with a different opinion must be a fanboy!

Did we watch the same video? The guy doesn't dislike Playstation. He said Sony made a lot of mistakes and they did. He says history will record gen 7 as the most polarising generations of all time and judging my your reaction to my comment I'd have to agree.

That guy literally has not 1 good thing to say about the PS3. You really believe there hasn't been 1 thing Sony has does well with this gen? Not the exclusives, PSN+, or just the general turn around of a console that launched extremely poorly, and that my believing so makes me (or anyone else who believes these things) a fanboy?
|
I didn't say that disagreeing with him makes anyone a fanboy. I said some of what he said might be difficult for fanboys to swallow.
What did he say that was wrong? It was all true.
Sony did things right too, but none of it fixed their situation. They went from the PSX and PS2 that both printed money and held a monopoly on gaming for two generations and went to the PS3 that is still struggling for second place even with killer games like Uncharted and God of War. Just because he didn't list stuff you like about Sony today doesn't mean he's wrong about what Sony did wrong. Nintendo and MS kicked the king off the thrown and Sony has done a great job of standing back up, but the PS3 isn't wearing the crown that the PS2 and PSX would have passed down.
Like I said. It's all true. PSN+ maybe good and the exclusives may be amazing, but the guy is still right about Sony's position.

The guy totally shit all over PS3 and after praising both the Wii and 360. If someone says only negative things without any positive things and a second person says "The guy is right about everything", that totally alludes to the second person agreeing that there was nothing positive to be said.
I doubt you'd find many PS3 fans who don't believe the PS3 launched poorly, but it has done a great job of turning things around, and the guy didn't address any of the great things from Sony this gen. At all. He even referred to the PS3 as having a "death cycle" as opposed to a life cycle. which is flawed in my opinion because all 3 brought great things this time around. You saying everything he says is right is agreeing to that line of thinking.
EDIT: btw, I have a tendency to sound like i'm upset when i'm disagreeing with people. Lol, everythings cool man.
