It' a real review. It's from a german TV magazine, they have 4-5 small reviews per issue. Either Ubisoft had already sent out review copies or they wrote it without actually playing the game. In the same issue they gave Aliens: CM a mediocre rating though, they seem to play the games before giving a rating...
