Bioware's done some amazing things this gen, not sure why anyone would wanna forget about them. But with that said, I'm always pumped to hear a new big-budget RPG's hitting my shiny black box (assuming the PS4 is somewhat shiny..).

It's all about the game.

Nobody has forgotten Bioware, but we know what those guys are preparing for the next generation. They have already announced Dragon Age 3 and Mass Effect 4. It will be interesting to see how frostbyte 2 performs no the PS4

Oh for god's sake.

At this rate, there is never going to be an RPG optimised for the PC again. The PS4 has exclusives. Let it keep those exclusives, and let PC games remain on the PC, at least initially.

You shouldn't be. For Nintendo Europe ends on Germany's east border. They don't have even have a department in Poland like SONY or Microsoft. And CD Projekt is a Polish studio...
